Focus on the nature of the type of energy you wish to release. Visualize taking those unsettling thoughts or emotions into the center of the labyrinth.
1. Continue to build the complete feeling of this undesirable energy as you are standing at the entrance to the labyrinth.
2. Enter the labyrinth asking that this energy be returned to Source for healing. Then clear your mind and simply begin to walk with no expectations or fears.
3. Journey to the center of the labyrinth focusing on breathing calmly and deeply. Pause in the center and reflect on how you feel. Stand quietly with your eyes down cast and sense the energy moving in your body.
4. Remain in the center for as long as you need to clear the negative aspects of the energy. Feel where the tension is in your body and give that area permission to let it go. Ask that the negative energy be returned to Source for healing. Feel the universal energy coursing though your body from the labyrinth nourishing every fiber of your being.
5. When you feel a lessening of the tension, you will know it is time to retrace your steps. With a grateful heart give thanks for the healing experience of letting go and allowing Spirit to direct you in this healing exercise.
